Bob Moore

Bob has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, having overseen the operations of 12,000+ units in the Southeast and completed the lease-up process of 6000+ units of new construction multifamily.

Mr. Moore began his career in Property Management as a Leasing Consultant and worked his way through all on-site and corporate positions. He gained valuable experience working for REITs, Fee Management, and private LLCs such as Greystar, MAA, and CWS Apartment Homes, LLC. His concentration has been on urban mid-rises, high-rises, suburban garden lease-ups, and BTR.He has vast experience with acquisitions, renovations, value-add and new construction development.

In June of 2017, Mr. Moore built out and launched FCAM’s property management platform and has grown the portfolio to 8,000+ units and is actively consulting on a pipeline of 3500+ units of new construction conventional and BTR units. He is an expert in all facets of multifamily operations and works intimately with his clients consulting on the best strategies for their new construction developments, potential acquisitions, and value-add opportunities. Prior to launching FCA Management, Bob was a Senior Director with Greystar, working in both real estate operations and client services and overseeing 12,000+ units in the Southeast.

Bob holds his CAM and CAPS designation and is a Board of Directors member of NMHC as well as an Advisory Board member for Entryway.

Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in the management of conventional multi-family housing industry. She began her career in Property Management as a Leasing Consultant for a development company in Philadelphia. Jennifer quickly moved through the on-site positions and has held titles in marketing and regional management at the corporate level. Her focus and problem solving skills have been earned through multiple lease-up, take-over and problem communities she brought back to life throughout her career. She has personally onboarded over 50 communities in her ten year. Customer service, staff training and detailed operations are the core to Jennifer’s successes in multi-family. Before joining FCA Jennifer earned her Pennsylvania Real Estate License from Temple University and oversaw a large portfolio in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Additionally, she received her PMIC in South Carolina and is currently working to get her CAPS in North Carolina.

Carissa Stewart brings over 16 years of multifamily property management expertise to our team, coupled with a lifelong passion for the real estate industry. Growing up surrounded by family and friends in real estate, Carissa’s interest in property management was sparked at a young age. During her summer breaks, she assisted her mother by following up on work orders to ensure exceptional customer service, organizing paperwork, and helping host resident events. At 18, she officially began her career as a leasing professional, laying the foundation for her success.

Before joining Vest Residential, Carissa served as a Regional Vice President, overseeing diverse asset types including student housing, affordable communities, value-add syndications, luxury high-rises, mixed-use developments, condominiums, and hotel management. Her work spanned the entire country, from the West Coast to the East Coast.

Carissa’s leadership extends beyond day-to-day operations, as she has contributed to numerous industry committee boards, led volunteer initiatives, and championed training and education as essential components of professional growth.

Carissa’s dedication to building strong relationships and her unwavering focus on excellence define her approach to property management. She is committed to delivering first-class service to clients, residents, and team members alike. A respected leader with a deep passion for people and a results-driven mindset, Carissa continues to set a high standard in the multifamily industry.

Brian has 15 years of experience in the management and operations of the multi-family housing industry. He began his career as a property management intern and quickly worked his way through a multitude of onsite positions before reaching his current role of Vice President, Property Management. He currently oversees 10,000+ units throughout the Southeast. He gained valuable experience working with both REITs and 3rd Party Management for companies such as Camden Property Trust, Kettler, and Greystar prior to joining VEST Residential. Brian has vast experience with mid-rise, high-rise, stabilized, value-add and lease-up developments. He has worked extensively with institutional clients such as UBS, HUD, OPERS, and TIAA-Cref. He also holds his CAM and CAPS designations through the National Apartment Association and graduated with a degree in Residential Property Management from Virginia Tech.

Starting as a leasing consultant in Michigan, Tovah’s relocation to Richmond, VA, was a significant step in her career trajectory, allowing her to collaborate with various developers and management groups. Her expertise spans across multiple facets of property management, including acquisitions, value-add programs, lease-ups, and affordable housing, showcasing her versatility and commitment to the field. Tovah’s influence extends beyond her immediate professional circle; she is a recognized figure in national, state, and local apartment associations. Her initiative to create the Next-Gen program reflects her dedication to fostering growth and development within the industry, aiming to inspire and guide the next generation of property management professionals. Tovah’s academic background, with a degree in Business and Real Estate from Virginia Commonwealth University, underpins her practical experience and provides a solid foundation for her role as Vice President of Property Management

Alex joined the Vest Residential team in September and has already made a remarkable impact, driving the successful completion of our rebrand and redefining our marketing strategy to align with ambitious new initiatives. Bringing over a decade of expertise in multifamily, commercial, and residential real estate marketing, Alex combines a strong academic foundation with a proven track record of results. She earned a Master’s degree in Advertising from the University of Texas and has built a career excelling in branding, social media, and digital marketing. Prior to joining Vest Residential, Alex served as Regional Marketing Director at Camden Property Trust, where she led impactful strategies that enhanced brand visibility, elevated occupancy rates, and fostered stronger customer engagement across Florida’s multifamily market. As a marketing consultant for Plaza Advisors, a Tampa-based retail investment firm, Alex successfully executed a comprehensive brand refresh, including a full redesign of the company’s website and marketing materials. Earlier in her career, she navigated the complexities of a corporate merger, spearheading rebranding efforts as Director of Marketing at Bolt Data. With a strategic mindset, creative vision, and commitment to excellence, Alex continues to shape innovative marketing solutions that drive growth and elevate brand presence at Vest Residential.

Janis began her career in property management over 35 years ago as a leasing consultant and quickly moved her way up through the ranks to become a successful Community Director, then Regional Director. She has experience in student housing, conventional housing, midrise, high-rise, senior, affordable, lease-up and value add properties. During her time as a Community Director, she achieved her ARM and CPM designations through IREM thus moving her career forward. Her broad range of knowledge in operations and financial acumen landed her the role of Director of Education where she created all training curriculum, new hire on boarding process and career mapping for all new employees. The next step in her career was that of Director of Operational Excellence and Compliance where she was instrumental in crafting all policies and procedures, safety & risk programs as well as an internal audit division that measured the company’s performance, accuracy and compliance. Janis’ passion for people led her to become deeply involved with each company’s volunteer groups and spearhead many successful fundraisers and volunteer events large and small.

Ginni Wilkerson has over 14 years of progressive experience as a dynamic, results-oriented human resources professional. As the Vice President of Human Resources, she leads the proactive and innovative human resources support to Vest Residential’s various business units by coordinating, communicating, and implementing projects and programs with enterprise-wide impact in the areas of employee relations, training, development, and retention of employees.

Prior to joining Vest Residential, Ginni was the Director of Human Resources for Bonaventure, an integrated alternative asset management firm, specializing in multifamily design, property development, construction, and investment management. Ginni also worked in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry for 10 years, acting as a strategic business partner to more than 50 client companies in multiple states totaling more than 1,200 worksite employees.

Ginni graduated Cum Laude from The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications and a Master of Human Resources. She received her designation as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2014 and a SHRM-CP in 2015.

Rick is a seasoned power industry professional. After military service in the US Navy and education for electrical engineering, he began his career as a plant manager for AZZ Inc. a control panel manufacturer in Greenville, SC. His next stop in the power industry was leadership roles as North American Sales and Control Panel Manufacturing Director with Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories in Pullman, WA. Rick concluded his power career as North American Sales Director for GE Grid Automation in Toronto, CA. He entered the multifamily maintenance industry in 2020 as Maintenance Manager for multiple properties within the Charlotte Metro. Rick joined Vest Residential in February 2023 and rose to his current position of VP Of Maintenance. Rick is an avid Buffalo Bills and Clemson Tiger fan and enjoys football weekends in the fall. Rick calls Buffalo, NY home and enjoys visiting his grandchildren there whenever he can.

Courtney’s career journey has been as dynamic as it is inspiring. She began her professional path in production, working as a Vendor & Artist Relations Assistant for a company hosting music festivals. Transitioning into a more analytical role, she served as a Cost Controller with Dominion’s Nuclear Business Unit. However, a move to a new city sparked her desire to reconnect with people and rediscover her passion for collaboration.

Joining Bonaventure as a Leasing Consultant at The Amber, Courtney quickly distinguished herself with her dedication and innovative approach. Within a year, she transitioned to the corporate side, where she built and led the Property Support Management (PSM) team. The PSM team centralized collections operations, addressing inconsistencies across the portfolio and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Recognizing the need for modernized documentation, Courtney spearheaded the creation of the BPMS Support Team. This new team replaced outdated, paper-based policy manuals with standardized, digitally accessible processes. By becoming in-house experts on the software used by site teams, the BPMS Support Team significantly reduced downtime by troubleshooting issues internally and streamlining daily operations.

In her current role as VP of Information Technology, Courtney leads efforts to enhance operational efficiency across all Vest-managed properties. She proactively identifies and resolves system roadblocks, continuously improving the experience for site team members and executive team.

Karan Arora has nearly 15 years of experience in property accounting and leading high-performing teams, Karan brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for building strong, efficient accounting operations.
In his role as Executive Vice President of Accounting, Karan oversees the corporate and property accounting functions, ensuring strong financial management, compliance, and strategic growth. His leadership will help enhance financial reporting, streamline processes, and support the company’s continued expansion.

Before joining Vest Residential, Karan served as the Director of Property Accounting at Greystar, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and stabilizing an overseas accounting office. During his tenure, he led a large team, driving operational excellence and implementing streamlined accounting processes.

Karan holds a master’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and is eager to bring his knowledge, energy, and dedication to excellence to Vest Residential.

Since joining Bonaventure in August 2022 (now Vest Residential following the 2024 merger), she has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. April’s diverse experience spans ground-up new construction, portfolio acquisitions, and overseeing a variety of multifamily property types, including luxury communities, garden-style apartments, Class A and B assets, and tax credit properties across Texas, North Carolina, and Virginia.
April is known for her people-first leadership style, driving operational excellence while fostering a positive, results-driven team culture. Her dedication to developing future leaders has led to numerous internal promotions and consistently low turnover across her portfolio.
When not immersed in her work, April enjoys getting lost in a good book or relaxing by the beach. “

Josh began on his career in the real estate industry in 2016 as a leasing agent during a lease-up in Charlotte, NC. He then decided to join FCA in 2020, where he assumed the role of Assistant Manager at Gateway West. Within a mere three months, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and was promoted to Manager, overseeing the successful stabilization of Gateway West. Subsequently, he then transitioned to manage The Haven at Rivergate. In May 2022, Josh’s dedication and expertise were recognized once again, as he was promoted to the position of Regional Manager. His purview now spans the Charleston, Charlotte, and Wilmington markets. Throughout his tenure as a regional manager, Josh has collaborated with six ownership groups, earning their trust while navigating properties through lease-ups and renovations. His unwavering passion lies in training and development, where he has played a pivotal role in guiding multiple managers toward excellence.

Jorden joined FCA Management in 2021 as a Property Manager and has quickly moved up within her role with our organization. She has been instrumental in assisting with multiple DD’s, acquisitions, dispositions, as well as financial and operational training for our team members.

Jorden began her career in the industry by overseeing operations and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties within a real estate firm in GA. Transitioning into multifamily, Jorden quickly moved through all the on-site positions, gaining valuable experience with Greystar prior to joining FCA. Her experience includes lease-up, stabilized, mid-rise, and garden assets. She’s actively engaged in her local apartment association and serves on two committees. She also holds her CAM and CAPS designations through the National Apartment Association.

Jen Paige is a seasoned professional in the Property Management industry with over 20 years of experience. She began her career working on-site in Virginia after graduating from Greensboro College. Throughout her career, Jen has gained comprehensive experience across all aspects of multifamily property management, with a focus on third-party management of various assets in different geographic areas.
Her expertise spans the overall operations and financial management of conventional, affordable, new construction, and student housing assets. In 2009, Jen earned her CAM designation, and she is currently a candidate for the prestigious CPM designation.
Jen excels in fostering a collaborative work environment and focuses on mentoring her teams to promote employee and resident satisfaction, ensuring the success of the communities she oversees. Additionally, she has dedicated over 13 years to volunteering with a Boxer rescue group, where she serves as a foster home for dogs in need.

Quinn Kerrigan has been working in multifamily management in the Charleston area for 5 years managing both stabilized and lease-up communities. Prior to starting with FCA – Quinn was in charge of leading several high-profile lease-ups with Madison Capital in the West Ashley suburb of Charleston. In Quinn’s time with FCA she has overseen multiple assets with ownership groups ranging from institutional funds to private family offices. She is currently working on obtaining her CAPS designation with Charleston Apartment Association.

Her career began as a Leasing Professional in the bustling Southeastern Pennsylvania market – and has held titles of Property Manager and Marketing Manager. With nearly 10 years of on, and off-site experience, her focus has been on marketing strategies, content management, social media marketing, and SEO for 17+ assets in varying states. She has been involved in the onboarding of several communities, and has expansive knowledge in the development, and execution of seamless transitions along with proven results in customer satisfaction.

With a strong background in marketing and property management, Lindsay is an experienced Regional Marketing Manager at VEST Residential. Since February 2024, she has overseen resident events, promotional programs, and marketing strategies across multiple properties, focusing on brand management, digital advertising, and enhancing leasing velocity. Lindsay also supports onsite teams with targeted campaigns, digital flyers, and other promotional materials.

Prior to joining VEST Residential, Lindsay spent several years at Bonaventure, where she managed social media accounts, online reputation, and internal resident engagement programs. She also led property branding efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms during property acquisitions and dispositions.

With extensive experience in financial reporting, property management, and marketing, Lindsay combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise to drive results.

Within my role at Vest Residential, I have the opportunity to shape culture, values, build strong relationships, and increase the bench strength of all team members. From Onboarding to Succession planning, there is no stopping the growth and development within the company. Over the last 23 years in property management, I have worked with Conventional, HUD and Military housing across the US and Germany. During this time of growing up in the industry, I have earned my BS, MBA, ARM, and CAM. Within the industry, I volunteer with IREM on the Technology and Instructor Advisory Councils where I assist in facilitating courses. In my personal life, I volunteer in the community, garden, and spend time with my husband and three kids.

Andi started her career in Real Estate in 2012 with ConAm as a Business Managers. She joined FCA in 2020 as an Assistant Property Manager. She quickly escalated to Property Manager and soon came to the corporate office as an Executive Coordinator. Andi is an organized task master with a vast understanding of Real Page, accounting, training and more. In this role she also organized several large-scale events with over 100 people, travel logistics included. She has taken part in over 60 property take-overs and 10 property dispositions with FCAM. Her attention to detail has helped us move quickly and be successful. Andi loves spending time with family, playing pickleball.

Jamie relocated to North Carolina in 2013 after a successful career in Air Force financial services in South Dakota. She transitioned into property management that same year, gaining valuable experience with industry leaders such as Lincoln Property Company and Greystar.

In May 2020, Jamie joined Vest, where she quickly advanced into a full-time accounting role in 2021. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion to Senior Accountant in 2023. Throughout her time at Vest, Jamie played a pivotal role in developing the company’s training program and standard operating procedures, personally training new staff members until the formal Vest training team was established in 2023.

Jamie lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband, Mike, and their two children.

Robin has over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Robin’s focus has been in markets throughout the state of South Carolina. She began her career in Property Management as a Leasing Specialist with Greystar and was instrumental in growing the Charleston market during the 12 years she was with the company. She moved through the onsite positions and became a Regional Manager. Her experience includes, garden style, midrise, lease ups, lease downs, stabilized assets, commercial management and value adds.

Robin graduated from Georgia College and State University with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism. Robin’s college internship was at Walk Disney World and worked as the Club Concierge at The Ritz Carlton.

Robin has her South Carolina Real Estate License. Robin has worked closely with the following companies during her multifamily career, Jamestown, Daniel Corp, MetLife, Fundrise, and Strata.

Bradley brings over a decade of experience in hospitality to the multifamily industry, with expertise in team leadership, resident retention, and creative strategy. His background, which spans departmental leadership, hospitality acquisitions, and new developments, set the foundation for his dynamic contributions after joining the Vest family in 2021.

Starting as a Leasing Professional, Bradley quickly exceeded expectations, excelling in resident retention, and crafting and executing impactful social media strategies for his home site and other properties in the Vest portfolio. His expertise extended across the Georgia, Carolina, and Tennessee markets, where he played a pivotal role in training on-site teams and driving lease volume growth for asset management.

In 2024, Bradley transitioned into a Creative Marketing role, where he continues to demonstrate his strength in strategic innovation. He supports on-site teams with branding and marketing deliverables, collaborates with the executive team on company-wide initiatives, and consistently delivers creative solutions that enhance the Vest brand. Bradley’s ability to blend creativity with results-driven strategies has made him an integral part of the team, contributing to Vest’s ongoing success and growth.

Makayla is a marketing professional with a strong background in real estate and a passion for creating engaging, results driven digital strategies. Before joining Vest Residential, she worked in single-family real estate marketing, leading initiatives to enhance online presence and optimize digital performance. With a proven track record in marketing management, she has successfully developed and executed campaigns that drive engagement and expand digital reach.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in digital film with a focus on production and editing and is currently pursuing her MBA in leadership. Makayla excels at solving digital challenges and leveraging technology to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. She stays ahead of industry trends to ensure her strategies remain fresh, innovative, and adaptable in an ever-evolving market.

At Vest Residential, Makayla plays a key role in shaping digital marketing efforts, ensuring the company’s online presence is strong, cohesive, and impactful. She manages social media strategy, digital advertising, and online listing accuracy, helping each property maintain a consistent brand identity and message. As the Human Resources Coordinator at VEST Residential, Casey Buchanan plays a key role in the successful onboarding of all team members and providing strategic initiatives that align with the company’s core values. Casey started her journey in the multi-family industry as a leasing consultant in northern Virginia in 2009. Over the next ten years Casey was promoted through all on-site positions and found that being a champion of company culture and creating exceptional team member and customer experiences was her passion. This led her to become a Regional Training Coordinator focused on teaching policies and procedures to promote company success and consistency over the next three years. In 2022 a relocation to South Carolina presented Casey with the opportunity to expand her focus of the team member experience by becoming a member of the human resources team at VEST Residential.

Hannah has 7 years’ experience in Property Management with Bonaventure in various roles, starting as the Assistant Property Manager at Meridian Parkside, then a Property Support Manager, and finally Systems Specialist. In this role she found her love for systems, data and helping everyone with issues in the various platforms. Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree at Florida State University. She lived the first 26 years of her life in Central Florida and now lives in Suffolk, Virginia.

Aurelia is a native from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and is an Alumni of Virginia State University. Aurelia started the industry as a Leasing Consultant after graduation in 2008 and has worked her way through the industry for the last 16 years. Over the years, Aurelia has won Community Manager of the Year, received her HCCP, and had many successful state audits. Holding many different titles from Compliance Specialist to Senior Community Manager to Corporate Training Manger, Compliance has always been Aurelia’s forte and passion. On her spare time Aurelia loves to create memories with her wonderful husband and two children.
