Vest Residential is pleased to announce the appointment of Tasha Kline as President of Property management, further strengthening the firm’s leadership platform and commitment to consistent, high-quality execution across its national portfolio. 

Tasha brings more than 20 years of experience as a real estate and operations executive, with a proven track record of leading large, complex residential portfolios and delivering strong operational and financial outcomes. In her role, she will oversee property management strategy, portfolio performance, and organizational development across Vest Residential. 

Her background includes extensive experience across institutional multifamily and build-to-rent portfolios, encompassing high-rise communities, stabilized assets, ground-up lease-ups, mixed-use developments, and single-family rental platforms. During nearly 18 years at Greystar, Tasha led large, multi-market teams and supported the expansion of institutional portfolios nationwide. She also played a key role in national build-to-rent growth initiatives, partnering closely with investors, developers, home builders, and operating partners to execute long-term growth strategies. 

Tasha is known for bringing structure, clarity, and discipline to complex operating environments. Her leadership approach emphasizes alignment, data-driven decision-making, and scalable systems that support operational consistency, transparency, and long-term asset performance. 

Based in Atlanta, Tasha will work closely with Vest Residential’s ownership partners and internal teams as the company continues to expand. We firmly believe that Tasha’s depth of experience and thoughtful leadership style align well with Vest Residential’s focus on disciplined growth and institutional-grade execution and are elated to have her on the leadership team.
